Induction Melting
Raw high-chrome, manganese, and steel alloys are melted in electric furnaces. Melt samples are chemically tested to verify the exact alloy formula before pouring.

Casting & Mold Setting
Custom sand molds are prepared and reinforced. Ceramic inserts are secured in high-wear zones before molten metal is poured into the mold.

Heat Treatment
Castings undergo computer-controlled heating and cooling cycles to maximize wear resistance and impact strength without becoming brittle.

Precision Machining
CNC milling machines finish all mounting surfaces, bolt holes, and locking slots to ensure an exact, secure fit inside the crusher.

Quality Inspection
Every production batch is tested for hardness, alloy purity, internal strength, and exact dimensions before packaging and shipping.
