Built for the MR 130, not for a generic 1300 rotor
Kleemann rotors are not forgiving. A bar that is close but not exact will wear unevenly, throw the balance off, and take the rest of the set with it.
We cast to 1270 x 350 x 96 mm as standard, and we confirm rotor width and bar count with you before the pattern is released. If you run an MR 130 Zi or a rebuilt rotor, send the measurements - we will match what is actually in your machine.
The three failure modes we see most often
Uneven wear across the set
Usually a fit problem, not a material problem. Bars from different batches, or one bar sitting proud, wear at different rates and unbalance the rotor.
Chipping at the leading edge
Typical of feed that is too coarse for the rotor speed. We will tell you if a harder grade will not fix it - because it usually will not.
Short life in high-silica feed
This is where ceramic-insert bars earn their price. In river gravel and granite they routinely run two to three times longer than solid chrome.
